I was sent the Dyson V6 absolute in pink and silver by AO.com to review and keep; and here is my honest opinion.

First of all, I was amazed at how small and light it was.
Weighs 2.300kg (that is roughly two bags of sugar) making it incredibly lightweight to use.
The bin has a 0.4l capacity – Emptying it is super practical, just slide the red lever down to release the dirt and give it a gentle shake. No bags no hassle.
Furthermore, the filter is washable (lukewarm water and air dry) therefore it lasts a lifetime.
It easily converts into a handheld for quick clean ups, particularly handy if you have children. In addition, being cordless, it is perfect for difficult places like car seats and sofas.
Gives you 20 minutes of suction, starts strong and stays strong. (Nevertheless, please be aware that its 16 minutes when you are using the motorised floor tool on maximum power to clean carpets.)
Incredibly useful to clean under the beds, and sofas without having to move furniture out of the way.
An efficient post motor filter and a sealed system, – with the Dyson V6 the air that leaves the machine is actually cleaner than the air you breathe.
Comes with 2 years parts and labour warranty that is easily activated by going to the Dyson website and entering your serial number.
Improvements / suggestions?
– The wall mounted docking station would benefit from having three additional spaces for the carpet cleaner and hard floor heads
– A child lock to stop little fingers from using it as a toy would be brilliant.
– And perhaps an additional 15 minutes battery life.
Overall, I am Impressed at how something so small can be so powerful, my teenager actually volunteers to vacuum him room now. Seriously! It is the mother of all miracles.
