Directions for use:
Adult intake: Add one (1) heaped teaspoon to any drink or smoothie, sprinkle on and mix with foods.
When mixed with water, it becomes a gel after a few seconds so you need to drink it immediately. Follow with another glass of water and make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Benefits I’ve noticed
1) Normal bowel movements & toxin elimination
When combined with water, psyllium husks form a gel that soaks up water in the gut, softening stools and making bowel movements much easier. My bowel movements are more regular and I avoid problems like constipation.
It is also an effective colon cleanser and works like an internal ‘broom’ gently sweeping away toxins and eliminating them.

I’m trying to lose weight! I’ve still got post baby weight to shift. Taking psyllium husks 30-60 minutes before a meal reduces my cravings and helps me feel fuller. Due to its bulking properties, it creates a feeling a fullness so I naturally eat less. I feel less bloated and also feel fuller for longer so I don’t feel the need to snack during the day.
