We are in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. Panic is setting in all around the world as people are experiencing anxiety and uncertainty over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

My heart goes out to the thousands of families who have lost their loved ones and for those who are currently diagnosed with the Coronavirus.

While the rest of us are social distancing and in some cases on lockdown, this is a difficult and stressful time. However it is important for us to keep calm and look after our mental and physical wellbeing.

With schools now closed, trying to homeschool my two kids and keep them entertained is rather overwhelming!

Now more than ever I’m relying on aromatherapy to help reduce stress, anxiety and promote wellness daily.

Today I’m sharing some of my go-to essential oils from Tisserand Aromatherapy.
